1. Water Treatment System
1)  The raw water could be totally purified after being filtered successively through Water Pretreatment EquipmentHollow-fiber Ultra filterReverse Osmosis Device.
2)  Dissolving syrup with Emulsion Tank.

 2. Raw Material Process System
Selecting--- Cleaning ---pressing/pulping ---Fine Grinding---Separate the Pulp and the Dreg
1) The Fruit Lifter Conveyer the fruits into fruit washer, which continuously be rotating at any direction during cleaning. It saves energy and thus minimizes the production cost since the cleaning water is recycled after filtration.
2) After cleaning the fruits are sorted by hand-picking on the rolling belt of the Fruit Sorter.
3) When the materials are added into feeding hopper, the Spiral Juice Extractor extracts the materials as spiral is boosting and the juices will flow into the juice container through the filter screen.
4) Duplex Filter removes the impurities such as peel fragments and pulp slurry to filter liquid materials.
3. Blending Standardization System
Blending---Filter---Degassing---Homogenization---UHT Sterilization---Cooling---Aseptic Storage
1) Mix and blend the juice, sugar and the additives in the Mixing Tank.
2) To remove the gas adhering to the particulates and prevent them from floating, the juice needs to go through Vacuum Degasser. Thus it can improve the quality of the product greatly and reduce the corrosion.
3) Using High Pressure Homogenizer to homogenize the mixed fluid material under high pressure, splitting suspended particle into micron sizes.
4) In Plate Type UHT Sterilizer, ultra high temperature is utilized to destroy the entire microorganism in the raw materials, the original nutrition, color and flavor of the juice and beverage are kept as much as possible.
 
4. Filling and Second Sterilization System
1) Hot Filling is next procedure to fill the juice in a short time after UHT sterilization at a definitive temperature 85℃-95℃. Integrating the function washing, filling, capping together, our Hot Filling Machine series is applied to hot filling and sealing of fruit and vegetable juice. Its capacity is 3000-18000b/h.
2) The second sterilization is used to sterilize and cool the bottles. There are three types of Sterilization Kettle and two types of sterilizer for your choice.
5. Packaging System
1) Using Shrink-sleeve Labeling Machine to label for many shapes of bottles by changing different molds.
2) Using Ink Jet Printer to print production date on bottle body or cap.
3) Wrap around Case Packer is to pack fruit juice or other beverages in cartons. Its packing speed is up to 15~18 cartons each minute.

6. CIP Cleaning  System
Continuous-In-Process (CIP) cleaning system is one of the prerequisite machinery for fruit juice and pharmaceuticals industries. It removes active mixed polluted and insoluble particles and impurities as well as the micro chemicals and heat source particles that pollute the production. There are two types of CIP cleaning system to choose: Integral type CIP Cleaning System and Split type CIP Cleaning System.
